The culture of your business is directly related to employee performance and success--but how do you set it up the right way, and keep it going? In this Entrepreneurship Institute workshop, Leadership Coach Cal Carrera will teach you how to establish and strengthen corporate culture in a young organization.

About Cal

Cal Carrera is President of TCG Executive Coaches LLC, an organization dedicated to creating a better world through developing great leaders and wonderful corporate cultures. His firm uses processes developed by John Mattone, a prolific author of Intelligent Leadership, and a former coach to Steve Jobs. He has been certified as a Master Certified Intelligent Leadership Coach after training by John Mattone.

Cal has a background as a Senior Executive with experience in the professional services, software development, information technology, and healthcare technology spaces. He is an expert in forging C-level strategic business partnerships and is a trusted advisor and builder of high-performance organizations and cultures within the commercial, federal government agencies, and healthcare industries.

Some of Cal’s career highlights include:

o Leadership in roles of GM, VP/GM, COO, CEO, Founder, and President for public and private companies.
o Founded 5 new, and successful (!) companies
o Built cohesive, high-performance teams as a support-oriented leader
o Performed as a trusted advisor for executives in small to large companies and the Federal Government.
o As a consultant, provided game-changing ideas to CXO’s and Undersecretaries of Defense
o Led a public company with 14 offices and over 200 employees.
o Co-founded a healthcare technology company that revolutionized healthcare delivery to California farm workers

He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah, a MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, and 2 years of post-MS studies at USC.
Cal recently moved to Orem, Utah from the east coast where he lives with his wonderful wife, Gloria, and their two papillons. He is an avid chef, gardener, and golf enthusiast!
