About the speaker, Tracee Comstock, VP of Human Resources for Nature's Sunshine:

Tracee Comstock is an HR Leader that really cares about people. Tracee is passionate about building companies where employees love to come to work. Tracee has worked in Human Resources for the past 30+ years.

She is a highly skilled HR leader who loves helping employees and leaders to become the best they can be.

Tracee along with her CEO and Executive team have worked tirelessly to turn Nature’s Sunshine around. Nature’s Sunshine’s mission is to share the healing power of nature with everyone. They manufacture over 600 vitamin products, protein powders, essential oils, and beauty products. Once a declining company, it is now growing in revenue. This past year, Nature’s Sunshine had its best year in Company History, during the middle of a pandemic. The stock has grown from $5 a share to over $21, an all-time 40 year high historically. They were recently recognized winning six Stevie Awards and Transformation Capital’s Momentum Ranking as #9 out of the top 50 companies experiencing growth.

Tracee knows how to attract and retain top talent for fortune 100 like companies. She has helped multiple companies win the best companies to work for awards. She has proven experience at building successful companies. To name a few, she worked at Young Living where she led the HR team, and helped the company to grow in revenue from $400M to nearly $2 Billion. She and her team hired over 1500 employees in 1.5 years, managing over 2000 employees. She also worked at Mountain Star Hospitals Corporate Offices with over 9000 employees in Utah and Idaho and helped to build several successful Technology Companies.

Tracee is currently serving on the UVU HR Advisory Board, she loves helping students become successful business leaders. Tracee has been the President of Salt Lake Society of Human Resource Management (SL SHRM) and on the Board of Directors for the past ten years.

Most important to Tracee is her family. She and her husband Roger have been married for 18 years. They have a blended family of seven children, and they now have six grandchildren. Tracee says grandchildren are the best! She loves spending time with her family, waterskiing at Lake Powell, snow skiing, snowmobiling, Four-wheeling, and going on Harley rides.
